BOS Power S2000 IMO Tier III

Designed for small engine rooms the system is lightweight and compact, with a flexible SCR arrangement that allows for the best utilization of space. BOS Power IMO Tier III solutions include mtu S2000 M72 engine, complete SCR, control cabinet, urea dosing unit and urea tank.

The mtu Series 2000 M72 common rail engines are rated for intermediate duty (1B) and have excellent acceleration behavior and high engines torque at low load.

Due to their compact and powerful design, the 1B duty engines are particularly suited for fast ferries, SAR, patrol vessels, wind farm service and crew vessels.

Delivered in the power range of 720 – 1440 kW.

Market leading engines for the commercial high-speed vessels market. Our engines are light and compact with a high power-to-weight ratio, offering low fuel consumption over the entire performance range.

The mtu Series 4000 Ironmen is designed to meet IMO II/III and EPA Tier 4 emissions regulations. With optimal performance, low life-cycle costs, and compact design for maintenance friendly access.

mtu S4000CR IMO Tier II

Diesel engines for demanding commercial vessels with high load factors The engine is light and compact, and well suited for larger vessels with smaller engine rooms. The engine series offers low fuel consumption over the entire performance range.  The mtu Series 4000 M53-M73L common rail engines are rated for unrestricted continuous operations to high load factors.

Ranges from 746 - 2880 kW 

mtu S4000 M05N Gas

The mtu Series 4000 M05N marine gas engine for mechanical propulsion has identical performance and acceleration as a diesel engine, with no visible exhaust. The Gas engine has an excellent power-to-weight ratio, and weigh significantly less than medium-speed gas engines for the same performance.
