Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Are you passionate about efficient logistics, team leadership, and sustainable solutions? We are seeking a dedicated and structured Department Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics team.

You will play a central role in our company, overseeing daily operations that include inventory management, parts sales, procurement, and logistics. Your role involves managing a team of four employees and collaborating closely with our Norwegian service and workshop departments. 

Your role: 

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory flow, and distribution.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse and logistics team.
  • Assist in spare parts sales and order management.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and drive continuous improvement in inventory management.
  • Plan and conduct inventory counts.
  • Ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Participate in daily department operations.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
  • Participate in the department's on-call rotation.

We seek a candidate with experience in similar roles or the ambition to develop into an effective leader for our warehouse and logistics function.

You are organized, a team player who enjoys motivating others, and take an active role in change processes with an ability to execute them effectively.

Solution Manager Energy Storage Systems

We are looking for a Solution Manager to join our rapidly growing Energy Storage Systems (ESS) division. 
 
In this role, you will be responsible for designing tailor-made ESS solutions, leading technical customer dialogues, and supporting the sales and proposal process. 
 
You will collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and project management to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
 
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in energy storage or related fields, experience in technical presales or solution design, and the ability to bridge the gap between sales, engineering, and operations.
 
The position offers flexibility to work from the Gamla Stan office in Stockholm or Glostrup, Denmark, with the option for hybrid work. 
 
The role requires approximately 60 days of travel per year across the Nordic region.

Application Engineer Energy Storage Systems

We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our expanding Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team. 
 
In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize turnkey ESS solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards for efficiency, compliance, and performance. 
 
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating the technical portfolio, developing engineering diagrams, acting as a technical liaison with suppliers, overseeing regulatory compliance, participating in Factory and Site Acceptance Tests, and providing technical support to sales teams. 
 
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in energy storage or related fields, experience in technical presales or solution design, and the ability to work across sales, engineering, and operations teams. 
 
The position offers flexibility to work from the Gamla Stan office in Stockholm or Glostrup, Denmark, with the option for hybrid work.
